I called Sonic appliances in the morning, and Rabin and John showed up in the afternoon on time, diagnosed the problem with my rental’s Kenmore dishwasher rack and Samsung icemaker problems. The initial diagnose cost was very reasonable and included in the total cost of repairs. The repair cost was reasonable and most importantly did an excellent repair job. They made multiple trips to complete repairs, because the Samsung controller was frozen into the chassis. I really appreciate Robin’s professionalism in keeping me informed on the status of the repair, the quality of repair and on time arrival. I will ask them again for any future appliance repairs.
