Spiders kept coming in at the same rate as before the spray, at times, two per day. Carpenter ants and carpenter bees were also spotted in their same spots. This is after major renovation with new white paint, new floors, 8' flat ceiling, and a fairly empty house. It was easy to see spiders and their patterns of nesting in the corners. Plus the guy said I had to pay for the year-long service until I insisted that I hadn't been told that would be the case nor asked if that's what I wanted. Then he allowed me to pay for one time. Good thing because it didn't work at all. I saw no difference, and I've been hiring pest services for years.

Dylan responded immediately to our request for an inspection as we were fearing we had a rat infestation. He even came on a Saturday. He confirmed that we did have one or more rats and mapped out possible sources of entry. Gave us detailed information about how to proceed. He set traps and we actually caught one the following day. In less than a week after the initial inspection, Dylan had repaired the entry sites and reset the traps. He will be doing major cleaning as soon as we are sure there are no longer rats inside. Dylan has been very professional and very accommodating.
