Greg Schmidt rebuilt our rental house that was destroyed in the 2017 fire. Mine was a special case I am currently living on the east coast; Greg was willing to provide the special attention to get me everything I needed via email so I could make decisions in a timely manner and keep the construction of my home on track. My house turned out better than I expected I like the final product, the attention to detail really made the finished product. I would highly recommend Greg for any home rebuild project.

My house was destroyed by the 2017 Tubbs Fire, I didn't know where to start, Greg Schmidt came to the area and helped me along with others rebuild our dream homes, most contractors wanted us to build one of their predetermined floor plans, but they brought an architect to build the home I wanted. When all was said and done my home was finished just as I imagined, I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend Greg enough if you need someone to help rebuild your home, he is the one to contact.
