Mike found the problems in no time, walked thru the fixes and set up a date/time for the crew to come. Nick arrived on time, did exactly what Mike told me prior and in an hour the entire system was up and running. I would recommend these guys for any sprinkler services. I had a big yard aerated. I didn't have a problem with the young man doing the job. He did fine. The problem I had was the equipment was antiquated. The poor guy had an old Ryan aerator that he had to stop, pickup, turn, then put back down at every corner of my yard. In the past other companies had the standup aerators that did a fantastic job of getting great plugs. To the owner I'd say get better equipment to better serve his customers and make the job easier for his or her employees.

Their customer service was lousy. They never called back, were late quoting and doing the job and when they did the job they left out a major component- raising a flower bed which they lowered instead to provide dirt to re-grade a slope. The bid included selling me dirt for the project. When they saw the above posted review they offered to correct their mistakes if I would edit my review to include the corrections. They did get around to fixing the problems which was 3 weeks after the date they set up to do the work and 2 months after the review was written. They agreed to do the work for free to improve their customer relations and public profile, then sent me an invoice for $4000 for work I had initially understood would be included in the original amount and which they had already agreed to do at no additional cost.

These guys are great at what they do. Extremely efficient and very professional. I have them now work on my sprinklers twice a year.

This review is really late. I hired them in 2014 to solve a drainage issue in my back yard. They are a very nice group to work with. They were well prepared and did what they said they were going to do. However, as I'm not an expert in drainage issues this is what I hired them to resolve for me. They dug a ditch in the back and put down some drainage pipe and covered it back up. However, this has not resolved the issue. I immediately contacted them and they were not willing to do any additional work without significant additional cost to me. As I didn't have the funds available at the time I was not able to pay them more to do what I hired them to do in the first place. I still have the same issue. They also did some landscaping for me on the side of my house that is exactly what I asked for. I'm very happy with the landscaping.
