Had to get a stair-lift for my parents that are beginning to struggle with the stairs due to their age. They were reluctant and I wasn't able to be there for the installation. Austin and Randall were very patient, helpful and sensitive during the process and were a certain that we made a good decision. The pricing was very fair as well!
