I hired Simply Elegant Home Staging to redesign my home as I was having difficulty getting the offer I wanted. Sonya is the consummate professional. She really knows how to add value to a home and give it that magazine photo look in a way that doesn't break the bank. I had wanted a company that understood utilizing Feng Shui for design purposes. Sonya pointed out areas where sightlines could be improved and all the ways I was losing qi! (I evidently lack qi) She accentuated the finest features of my home and after she was done, I could really sense the warm welcoming feeling. (It was certainly more comfortable) She highlighted desirable details, and made flaws less apparent. Evidently, buyers loved it too. I had the offer I wanted three days later! Don't hesitate to hire Simply Elegant Home Staging, they are truly the people you need.
