Very professional. Went on roof to inspect chimney and photographed problem (minor) areas. Thoroughly satisfied with work done (and price) and would definitely recommend.

Owner came within a couple hours of the initial call to give a free estimate. We received a few other quotes, each saying we needed something different to fix our leaking chimney. We wanted it done the right way (not just a quick bandaid solution) at a reasonable cost, and he delivered. He took pictures before and after, explained exactly what was done and why. Only complaint would be that after he vacuumed up the soot he cleaned from the chimney, he left sooty boot prints all over my freshly mopped floor!

Dealt with Rob (owner). Showed up on time for appointment. Inspected chimneney and stove. Did not try to sell me anything but did point out a few areas to keep an eye on. Will definitely call back in future when I'm considering putting in a gas insert. Would recommend to friends and family.
