We waited 30 minutes past the time they were to come only to find out that they had the date wrong. So she contacted the service and said they would be there in 15 minutes. We waited another hour and 15 minutes. We called and canceled and were leaving when they showed up. We had driven 1 and 1/2 hours to the rental house to have this done. They did a good job once they finally got there.

"Our date was set for the following week and all of our people were on their other appointments. I was able to find another qualified person to go out on their day off and get the job done. The job also was quiet out of the way also for the same price and knowing it was out of our range and nobody else was willing to take it we did offer. We did do all we could do get there on time for the appointment that was scheduled for the following week on time a whole week early, and did. Thank You either way for the 4 stars."
