Good customer service. Had a bit of trouble with muncipal code requirement and original bid ended up being $1,000 higher due to more expensive (required) tile, which I think they should have known about before the bid but they still came in lower than the others even with the extra added in. The roof went on quickly with absolutely no mess. Did have a problem with nails going through overhang and cracking existing old paint but they tried to touch up the real bad parts (and they cut off the nails that they used that were too long and poking out). They did this immediately and tried to make things better.
