Soto G Plumbing LLC

If you need your septic tank pumped out, these are the people to definitely call. I have had my tank pumped out many times, and by far this was the best experience I have ever had. They were able to schedule me within 2 days, and they even arrived early. The driver pulled in and immediately went to work. When he was done pumping the tank out he pulled and cleaned the filter. Then he showed me the clean tank and filter before he closed everything back up. This was the very first time, that I have had my tank pumped and the operator didn’t try to tell me I either needed a new filter or try to talk me into doing some additional work. He was honest and said everything looked fine. He charged me exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I will definitely be using these people again.

The technician was honest above anything else. He inspected the site and observed the contents of the tank. He then verified no remedial action was required despite other opposite comments. There was no charge for his visit despite the work involved.

Very professional, courteous, respectful and excellent customer service!! The entire crew knows their stuff, SOTO G delivers on everything they advertise. Great pricing and availability. Thanks guys!

Needed a riser installed for my septic system that would sit in the middle of a concrete pad. I was quoted a reasonable price. He arrived swiftly and installed the riser. I commented that it seemed low and while my specialty is not plumbing or concrete I commented I thought it may be a problem when they needed to repour the concrete. He thought they?d be able to work around it. The concrete people came out and put the concrete down and they were not able to work around it. The riser was not angled to be flush with the level of the concrete that was there, so now there is a big hole in the middle of the pad. I called Soto G and told him the concrete people said plumbers usually put in an adjustable riser that they adjust so they can level the concrete to the septic riser cover. Soto G said he?d have to order one and then he?d come out and fix it. Since then he fas ghosted me by phone, text and email. Too bad, I had thought I had found my new go to plumber.

The response was very quick. They explained the job and worked closely with me. The job was completed quickly , I was very satisfied with the workers and results.

Very profesional and reasonable

I found this Soto my county's environmental services list, and I'm so glad I did. The provided same-day service, which was incredibly convenient. I even received the nicest compliment - they told me my septic tank was the cleanest one they ever pumped. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be referring team to others. Thank you!
