Needed a riser installed for my septic system that would sit in the middle of a concrete pad. I was quoted a reasonable price. He arrived swiftly and installed the riser. I commented that it seemed low and while my specialty is not plumbing or concrete I commented I thought it may be a problem when they needed to repour the concrete. He thought they?d be able to work around it. The concrete people came out and put the concrete down and they were not able to work around it. The riser was not angled to be flush with the level of the concrete that was there, so now there is a big hole in the middle of the pad. I called Soto G and told him the concrete people said plumbers usually put in an adjustable riser that they adjust so they can level the concrete to the septic riser cover. Soto G said he?d have to order one and then he?d come out and fix it. Since then he fas ghosted me by phone, text and email. Too bad, I had thought I had found my new go to plumber.

The response was very quick. They explained the job and worked closely with me. The job was completed quickly , I was very satisfied with the workers and results.
