Soul Construction Services, LLC is a Portland, OR based residential construction company. We provide complete residential construction solutions at an affordable rate. We specialize in dry rot repair, window and door installation, siding and water barrier installation, decking and fencing. There however, is no limitation to the services we provide. If you have a home project in mind, Soul Construction is the company that can make your dreams become a reality. Our pay structure is a reasonable hourly rate per man hour plus the cost of materials. We provide free consultations at your property plus an estimate as to how long we believe your project will take. At Soul Construction Services, our main focus is you. Seamless Metal Gutters - Repair
I had them reattach a 10ft section of gutter. It was in an awkward spot but Jeremy persisted and adjusted to ensure the job was done right. Work was completed the same day I requested a quote. Great service at a very fair price.

Tim showed up on time was very friendly and his knowledge of all aspects of construction was apparent. His estimates were accurate. Even though I did not hire him for the complete job, work that he performed was excellent.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Excellent job on building the roof for the playroom/storage room. Love the vaulted ceiling and the skylights. Tim is a pretty fun person to work with!

"Classic example of a structure in need of some serious help. We resolved all the issues and because there was so many hockey poky ways the prior owner tried to build this thing we pretty much had rebuild the entire structure due to dry rot and poor structural integrity."

Tim Andrew was a complete professional in every way. He was extremely skilled, courteous and communicated very specifically on the job and on several particular aspects of the job- prior to performing the work. This was very appreciated. If Erma and I were to rate Tim on a scale of 1-5, Tim would get a "10." :-) In fact, Tim agreed to return and finish a small section later because I did not have enough chair board to complete the job today.

Outstanding! TA Construction completely rebuilt and restored the wraparound porch on our 1904 Victorian farmhouse. The attention to detail and meticulous workmanship are second to none. In addition to the beautiful porch, TA Construction also took care of a wide range of special "needs" that most old homes have and was a pleasure to have on the jobsite. Even with all of the extra care, the entire job came in exactly on budget! Our house gets complimented on a regular basis and we couldn�t be happier with the results. If you have the chance to work with TA Construction, don't hesitate!

"This project honestly was a mercy remodel- The condition of the home prior to us arriving was awful, respectfully said. I felt so bad for this family to have to live in that situation that is the main reason I undertook their project. We spent about 3 months there and gutted their home entirely- we threw them a party when it was done and all were happy;>)"

Bathroom - Remodel
We received about six bids for this bathroom remodel and picked TA Construction because they came in the lowest and had good references. Tim was prompt and kept us updated on the construction schedule. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself, which was important since we have tenants in the basement where the bathroom remodel was happening. The bathroom turned out exactly as we had hoped. The tilesetter did an exceptional job. The contract Tim wrote for us was easy to understand and very thorough, and he provides a one year guarantee of his work.

We basically gutted a shabby basement bathroom and turned a dirt floor into something clean and functional- custom tile and glass work- we ran into a few plumbing issues but were able to make it happen pleasing both the inspector and the homeowners that's never a bad thing;]"
