Crysal Lake Communications was a pleasure to deal with on a very difficult installation. They offered a number of design solutions up front but went with my desire although it was probably the most difficult. They faced a number of difficulties and challenges but perservered with a pleasant attitude. I expected a change in the agreed upon amount however Shawn thought it was unethical to alter his price. He was more concerned about having a happy customer and was apologetic that it took so long. I will use CLC for all my future installations. It was a pleasure to meet an honorable contractor who understands how to treat his customers.

The AV Tech aArrived hours later than scheduled so could not accomplish all that we wanted to do and (we) felt somewhat shorted in the scheme of things! The Tech was very, very nice and explained what he did but the whole experience did not meet all of our expectations on this project! bted

I can't tell you how good and proper everything was done mounting and connecting my new wide screen TV. The installer was on time and did an expert job. He taught my wife and I the do's and don't using our new system. I would hire him in the future if I need his services. Very personable and professional technicians. Installation was performed on time and as promised. The crew also stayed on the job to trouble shoot a problem with the Comcast Cable television equipment. They also provided some basic operating instructions which were most appreciated. It was a pleasure doing business with Shawn Walcott and his associate.

Shawn came all the way from West Palm Beach, FL and I was very surprised he traveled so far to do this job. Us as comsumers want to say we do not mind spending money when a perfect job was done. The first person we spoke to was "Libertad". She was professional and help to coordinate our project. The second person, was the technician, Shawn. He was very thorough. He did exactly what he said he could do and completed the project in the time promised. We were experiencing extremely poor weather, and he agreed to come back to complete the satellite work. He was honest and dependable--a winning combination!! We would definitely rehire.
