Sergey is very reliable and professional! I was surprised with how fast he was able to come back and make a second trip when he found out that the piece needed was quite away from us. We live in South Hill and most things are far from us or you get stuck with traffic, however, despite the obstacles, he fixed our dryer fast! Our dryer works like new again! I absolutely reccomend him and would hire him for home appliances!

When I contacted HomeAdvisor, Sergey called my home the same day, identified himself, the company and left his number for me to call him back. I did, explained the issue to him, set up the appointment, and two days later Sergey called before he arrived and arrived at my house on time to fix my gas range. He went immediately to work to diagnose and fix the problem and to check out all the functions of the range to ensure everything was in proper working order. Not only did he have the correct part with him, but repaired the range in a very short time. And before he left he also asked if I was having any problems with my other appliances. Sergey did great work and for a fair price. I am very glad to have my stove back in working order. Should I need appliance service in the future, I will most definitely call Sergey again as well as recommend him to my friends should they have need.

they got my water filter installed on my fridge. Very pleased, as I was afraid to really crank it in there... A bit steep for a trip charge, but no ice for the last 4 days.

Sergey is no joke! He's the real deal...the appliance technician extraordinaire and he is now my #1 go-to appliance guy. Like know other, Sergey was able to install my dishwasher on the same day of the initial call. And for a terrific price quote, he not only installed the dishwasher but also was equipped and able to drill a hole onto my granite kitchen countertop in order to add the so much needed air gap vent for a quarter of the price anyone else would have charged. He was on time, professional, and thoughtful, knew what needed to get the job done, and did so effortlessly. He redefined what it is to be a real appliance service technician that evening. .. that's right, he came and worked the night shift. Worth every penny and more...but I won't tell him that because I love his prices and want him back to take care of all my appliance needs and take advantage of the money I'll be saving. THX YOU!

I m very happy with the timeliness of the repairman. He came out the same day I called! He worked efficiently and was very neat, even cleaning up my hidden mess behind my fridge. He was incredibly thorough in addressing my issue which was a frozen drain which caused a leak, and he also leveled my fridge to sit more evenly to prevent the problem from happening again. He did a great job!
