Mounted my 77” TV just where I wanted it. They suggested some in ceiling speakers and they sound great. I’m very pleased.

These guys really know what they’re doing. They take the extra time to do it right. Best Buy wanted to do the same thing at about twice the price. I’ve already referred them to some of my friends.

His polite and friendly attitude, combined a fair price and quick, professional work, made me feel like actually gained something rather just a service. (Just an advice, you guys need to team up with a contractor who specializes in sheetrock repair to make sure a full service is provided).

Aaron did a great job with my 5.2.4 media room install. Answered all my questions and stayed in contact throughout the process. He is very personable and willing to work with my very specific requests during install and equipment preferences. The owner did a good job with making extra effort to complete the job even after running into a delay on day 1 and made sure to get me in the schedule to complete the next day. Overall, I would recommend them again.

Sound By Design did a great job at helping me map the existing home audio wiring (unfinished from either the builder or a previous home owner) to my existing in ceiling speakers and testing said speakers (and in wall volume controls) to see if they still worked. Once mapped and tested, they installed the right wiring extensions, banana connectors, and a finishing wall plate so that my wiring setup would be ready to go once I purchase the additional home audio equipment needed for the home theater system I am planning. Aaron, the technician that did the work, was super quick and friendly. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

The technician arrived early. He found the right solution to fix the issue and had the job completed in less than an hour. I am a happy customer.

David Dutton was great. He put together several different estimates based on our particular needs. He was prompt, answered all my question and went above and beyond when it came to customer service.

This guy came out quick, so that's a plus. He did an ok job, except a week later we started losing our signal. Thought it might be the equipment so we called the cable company. Come to find out, it was the connectors this guy installed. They were bad. Cable company replaced those and everything is working great. Also, he's pretty expensive. The cable guy said we should of asked them to recommend someone. They would have done it for 1/2 as much.

They did not give me an option on an antenna. They supplied a small antenna that provides about 75 to 80% signal strength.
