The work itself was perfect - however, I am giving 4 vs. 5 stars due to the small mess that was left behind. Overall, though, I was very pleased with everything. Even when something (no fault of Sound F/X's) came up, Steve offered to come back and adjust a cord free of charge.

they told me to buy product to do the job without viewing the origainal job and due to that measurements were wrong and when they showed up I enede spening over an hour in store looking for another size and was billed for this time that was no fault of mine. i was trully taken back .

"client bought lcd and mount from best buy who sold them the wrong mount. We didn't find out till we started the job and informed them that the mount was wrong size. Since it was on the clients cc they had to go back to original source to get proper mount. We charged time while waiting on site for client."
