Hired them to get rid of a few bee/wasp nests we had around the exterior of our home. They were friendly, but I don't feel like much was done as he just went around and sprayed the nests.

Kevin was extremely professional, personable, and quick about his treatment for our small mouse problem. He offered different options for continuing treatment after our problem diminished and remained in contact with us about it without being prompted. The customer service was top notch and the price was fair. Unfortunately it goes bad from there. We hired them to get rid of fleas. They offered no guarantee and we still have fleas. Now I'm going to have to hire another company that offers a guarantee and will keep coming out until the problem is solved.

Came quickly after we discussed the problem. Told us what to do. A week later I called with a question & left a message. He never responded. I called again after a few days & got my answer, but I didn'the like that first experience.
