Sound Power installed a new 100A service line from my main service panel to a sub panel in my detached garage. They showed up on time, communicated clearly and professionally, and did excellent work. Despite running into some unforeseen challenges (totally not their fault) and needing an extra day to complete the project, they did not charge extra, ethical and trustworthy. I went with Sound Power after getting 3 other quotes, theirs was the best, so I feel comfortable saying their price was fair. I would hire them again or recommend them to others.

Sound Power was very easy to work with and provided great customer service. Despite the easy fix, the electrician was kind, informative, very helpful in making sure everything was working properly. We would definitely use Sound Power again for electrical issues.

Sound Power responded quickly to my request for repairs, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in a short time. They billed me only for work performed and did not try to gouge or pad their bill. I am very happy with these folks and would use them again in a heartbeat.
