Sound Rooter was wonderful! Marcus and Chrystal did a fantastic job and were so kind and open about the process- regularly giving updates. They truly cared about helping and went out of their way to fix our slab leak, replace our water heater, and handle additional issues. Upon contacting them, Zach arrived within an hour and did a free evaluation. They worked with our insurance and were very reasonable in pricing. We really appreciate Sound Rooter for all the help they provided. :)

We had the honor of meeting several people in their business (family) such kind, hard working, and honest people. I would hire them in a minute for other plumbing projects. We couldn't have been more pleased. I know for us its important to hear how well a business does by someone who actually used them. You don't have to hesitate they are awesome!!

Marcus was personable, informative, & work reliable. He explained & showed me everything as he progressed through the project. He & his wife work in tandem and are extremely proficient, work quickly, and double check their work. I have previously hired a nationally known company to rooter out roots clogging underground drain pipe. Sound Rooter did a great job for less money and used the same technique plus did a better job of clean-up after the work was finished. You can't go wrong with this company.

In a few words, it was the best experience with a plumber I’ve had—and I am 70 y/o. Marcus changed out my tired toilet in under 2 hours, which included removal of the old one and a trip to his wholesaler to purchase the new elevated one, which my husband and I both love. And, the cost of all of this came in we’ll below $400. I would recommend Sound Plumbing and Rooter to everyone who has ever felt gouged by a plumber or other home contractor. P.S. Owners Marcus and Crystal are very personable and accommodating!

I live in McCleary and was having a hard time finding someone to come out and help as I was having a very stress full day I called Sound plumbing and Crystal was very understanding and called back and said they were on their way they were here shortly after and fixed the problem. I am so thankful to Her and her husband Marcus I would highly recommend them they are great! Thank You so much you two you saved my sanity!

Went above and beyond

They were professional, prompt and came in on budget. They were able to do a quick turnaround for hooking up gas in our kitchen and on our patio. We highly recommend them!
