Frustrated at my inability to find someone to mount a large glass board for more than a month, I made my try with the HomeAdvisor app. Not finding a category that matched my needs, it hit me it’s similar to mounting a TV. Sound Vision Media popped as an option. Chad called to discuss my need, and said he’d come by & access. Intrigued at the challenge, he took it on. Chad used his wall mounts instead of those included with the board noting they were ‘crap’ ;) After two months of looking at my board in the box for weeks, I am thrilled! The quick response to my appointment request was great. Chad was attentive calling to update his ETA prior to his call before mine, as well as letting me know when he was on the way. Great work and customer service.

Had to come back out to refix and complete the job. And i still ended up paying a little more money.

"The reason we had to go back to customer's address was because we found that the customer provided TV's screen was cracked when we turned the TV on. Customer had to return the TV to the store and then had to reschedule us to come back out to reinstall. Customer also provided their own mount that was not a quality mount which did not perform the way they wanted. Because of this customer decided to buy a new mount from us which cost them extra money. We did not charge for the return trip to customers house and only charged them for the mount that we provided on the return trip."
