Home Theater Surround Sound System Installation
Very unprofessional. Do not do business with these people. I would give 0 stars if possible.They only care about you until they get your money and then leave you high and dry when it comes to future customer service. Estimate given for install time was a 3 days. It ended up taking them 3 weeks start to finish. They tried to charge me for painting my wall when their management agreed it would be waived due to the painting needing to be completed becuase of mistakes made by their installer. After they took my money they have ghosted me. When I called them to honor the warranty for the $500 subwoofer they installed which blew out 6 months after install. They have yet to respond 3 years later after repeated attempts to reach out for assistance. Also the projector does not always fully boot up and was installed way to close to the back wall to where the hdmi cord is kinked. I could go on and on. There are too many problems to name with install, quality of product and most of all customer service. There has been a real feeling of hostility and animosity from this company ever since the shoddy workmanship they performed and collected the check. 3 1/2 years later and I have little hope they will ever try to make things right. If they are still in bussiness and you are concidering them to do a custom install for you. I recomend to run away as fast as you can before you go through what we did.

They installed the upstairs well, and we re supposed to give me an estimate on the basement which I haven' t received a week later. becuase they ran out of time I didn t get much of a setup or instruction.

Outstanding service. These guys go the extra mile. They treat all projects the same whether they are average price or high-end. They don't stop until you are 100% satisfied. They provided extensive information, addressed any and all concerns and issues, and were highly professional. Our installer was Nate and he was very patient, informative and helpful. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I would say you can absolutely feel confident in any project done by these guys.

The technician that came out was Nate. He was great he knew exactly what he was doing and he got to it quickly. He explained everything fully to me before he left. I would highly recommend anyone with any needs for sound equipment TV excetera to call these guys they were absolutely the best

Jed Darger was amazing. He kept me updated on his arrival time. He installed my new TV and solved some issues I've been having for a very long time. He was friendly and professional, and he gave me his number in case I had any problems or needed anything else.
