As soon as we spoke with Mark Wallace, owner of Sounds...Great, LLC, we knew he was the right person for our project: he was head and shoulders above others we talked with. Mark was knowledgeable, professional, and inspired confidence that he would do a quality job. Mark offered options for what we wanted, and all suggestions were for high-end, quality products. The installation of the 55â HDR Master Series HDTV with Soundbar and Articulating Mount went perfectly. Additionally, he installed a 9.2 Channel Network AV Receiver as well as several other components, and cables. All wiring was professionally done with connections organized and hidden from view. We would definitely recommend Mark for a professional and quality job.

Mark did a great job. He set up our new smart TV for us and explained how it functioned. Great job; reasonable cost; and patient with a "less than proficient" electronics newbie. Will use them again -- definitely.

The service technician did an excellent job getting surround sound hooked up. I initially had the wrong system ordered and I ordered the correct system and the technician was able to install successfully! Will definitely use this company again!

Mark and Bill do great work! Their install was very precise and they did not hurry through it. They installed a total of 9 speakers and ran cables for everything. They also hung 2 TV's and ran wires for those. I couldn't be happier with the way it looks. Since I had my own equipment, they didn't test any of the electronics.... it's a good thing I am skilled at that part.
