Tom and his crew were lifesavers! He was respectful and attentive, even when we asked for additional work to be done. They did a beautiful job fixing our diy work and we are very happy. We will be calling Source 1 Construction for any further projects. *Always hire a veteran if possible

I talked to Tom from Source1 to install crown molding in my new kitchen He said it would be $60 an hour. I said that sounded fair . He went on to say he would be bringing along another guy to help. I said OK. when Tom was done with the job he brought out my bill which much to my surprise amounted to $120 an hour. When I asked Tom he told me he had to pay his helper too . Good work but misleading communication. Am I to believe that the helper got paid $60 an hour.

These guys worked very hard and fulfilled our request. Would hire them again in an heartbeat.

We needed drywall replaced due to water damage, and Tom and his crew arrived when promised. They were knowledgeable in all the pertinent areas and made us confident that we were receiving excellent work at a reasonable price. We would use their services again.

They where FANTASTIC. Even helped me pack a few boxes I didn't pack my self. Busted their rumps in the hot weather,none stop working since arriving on work site. Very reasonably priced. great customer service I could not be more happier with the service.

Tom puts a lot of effort in to satisfy customers. He wants them to be happy about the accomplished project. Tom and his crew were extremely polite and did a good job on time at a fair price.

I called in Sept 2017 and was told that they had a backlog of business. They came out to see the job later in the Fall. Due to a severe cold spell they did bot get back until the first of the year and made the necessary repairs. Very satisfied with the work done.

I was contacted within minutes of sending my request. Tom from Source 1 got a bid to me within 2 days. We hired them to complete the project. They were prompt, courteous, stayed in communication with me, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

They were extremely polite the showed up everyday, they quit at quitting time. They were qualified to do the work and they did an excellent job. Excellent value and honest, they saved me quite a bit of money.

Hardworking stayed with each job that he had set up for that day and completed to our satisfaction.He painted 5 rooms upstairs, repaired drywall,painted downstairs and other odd jobs to. He and his crew powerwashed our deck,replaced spindles,boards. He and his crew power washed our home and the 4 car garage.Recaulked,cut bushes and restained house and the 4 car garage. Each and everyday they cleaned up . He and his workers were very polite and had great mannerisms around our family and work staff. They did this all in 2 weeks so that we can get our house on the market For Sale. We Highly Reccomend Source 1Construction !!!! THANK YOU TOM AND YOUR CREW, GREAT WORK WE ARE HAPPILY SATISIFIED!!
