2 months and I don't have a roof. They lie about everything and have abandoned the project. No calls or communication on there end. Do not use this company they are a big fraud.

I knew from what I could see of the asphalt shingle area where the HVAC was located that repair or replacement was necessary. This was verified when I saw the photos the drone took of the roof showing not only that area, but also a few areas of broken tiles and debris where the roof lines met. When I reviewed the photos in the email I was sent with the estimate, I engaged Source 1 to do the repairs. I am pleased with the appearance from the ground as I look at the new asphalt shingles. I was provided photos of the areas that were replaced, although I would appreciate also new photos by the drone of the whole roof to compare with the original ones taken that showed the necessitly.

Poor communication several calls not respond did not show after schedules when the project is schedules did not fixe the roof with not satisfaction came back again look the roof and reschedule and did not fixe the problem.UPDATE03-02-2022 After the 3rd times, they did come out and repair the job, still need to verify the repair is complete, make sure there are no leaks.
