Source 1 Roofing, LLC

Very poor communication. Workers were scheduled to show between 6 - 9 A.M, they showed up after 4 P.M. Per contract, they were supposed to replace broken ceramic tiles around the shingle area. They started reinstalling the broken tiles. Homeowner had to tell them the broken tiles were supposed to be replaced. The homeowner had to bring the tiles up onto the roof. After the tiles were replaced, the workers left the broken tiles on the roof. Homeowner had to remove the broken tiles from the roof. One worker seemed very agitated the whole time. When one was trying to lay the barrier down, wind was blowing it around, the other worker didn't even try to help him. Great teamwork!

Nice people and professional. I would call them again if needed and would refer to other friends for roofing repairs.

My roof was very old and the Source 1 team really worked on the issues and did a very clean great job. Would highly recommend them for quality work.

The work was done in a timely manner, and Gerald did a great job

Lance did my estimate and was able to coordinate my repairs as soon as I selected them to complete the repairs. They also provided a fair estimate and was able to get my repairs completed in a timely manner! I was so impressed that I referred them to my solar repair company and they are using them on future projects! Thank you Source 1 Roofing

.

Very efficient and fast,

Great and professional service.

2 months and I don't have a roof. They lie about everything and have abandoned the project. No calls or communication on there end. Do not use this company they are a big fraud.

I knew from what I could see of the asphalt shingle area where the HVAC was located that repair or replacement was necessary. This was verified when I saw the photos the drone took of the roof showing not only that area, but also a few areas of broken tiles and debris where the roof lines met. When I reviewed the photos in the email I was sent with the estimate, I engaged Source 1 to do the repairs. I am pleased with the appearance from the ground as I look at the new asphalt shingles. I was provided photos of the areas that were replaced, although I would appreciate also new photos by the drone of the whole roof to compare with the original ones taken that showed the necessitly.

Very easy to work with and they show up when they say they will

Poor communication several calls not respond did not show after schedules when the project is schedules did not fixe the roof with not satisfaction came back again look the roof and reschedule and did not fixe the problem.UPDATE03-02-2022 After the 3rd times, they did come out and repair the job, still need to verify the repair is complete, make sure there are no leaks.
