Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
This company took our large downpayment and never did the work. He hired a subcontractor who he didn't pay. We had a lein filed against our house because the subcontractor wasn't paid. He won't repay the money he stole from us and we've hired a lawyer to sue him. If I was you, I wouldn't even think of hiring him unless you give him zero down and get lein waivers in advance for any work he does. Get everything in writing first, costs, timeline, penalties for non-completion, etc. He lied to us and stole from us.

They started two weeks late and dug holes in the wrong spots. They also cut our phone line. I would not recommend them.
