After involvement, he sent his workers to finish the job. Job well done at the end with HomeAdvisor help. Good luck to him.

I contacted Source One on Tuesday, December 3rd. He called me back right away and accommodated my work schedule to meet with me on Wednesday, December 4th at 6:00pm. He was at my house at 6:00pm (actually about 5 minutes early). As scheduled. He looked at my living room and hallway floors and provided an estimate. I explained to Isidor I needed to get this job done and was in a very tight time constraint with family coming in for Christmas and new couches that were ready to be delivered. He re-arranged his schedule to get my job done on Friday, December 6th. He arrived on time on Friday at 9:00am with his partner, and they got it done by 2:00pm - filled gaps & voids with wood filler, sanded, 2 coats of varnish and polish in between the 1st and 2nd coat and after the 2nd coat. The floors look great and I would definitely hire him again. Great work, responded promptly to my phone calls and Great Customer Service. Thank You, Isidor.
