Unfortunately, their Christmas light business is a scam. After promising a bill less than the initial in 2024, given I purchased lights that year, they charged me more in. 2025 than 2024. When I questioned this based on all my receipts from 2025, Slick talker the owner is, he refused to answer my emails. He only wanted me on the phone as he had no idea what he was charging me and basically making up pricing on the fly. Long story short I severed my relationship on the promise the company would take the Christmas lights they had installed back down and leave them for me instead of storing them. They came and took down half the lights, left, and haven?t answered the phone since.

I had an excellent experience and result with power washing the front of my limestone rock home in Westlake. Christian helped me out by moving me up on the schedule (surprise company coming) and then communicated well throughout the process. When the power washing team arrived, I was very impressed with their truck and equipment. Professional team. Professional results. It is amazing to see the result. Happy!

The job looked much better than I expected. It turned my house into looking like it did some 40 years ago.

The young man doing the work was great. His phone was dead so his boss came by to check to make sure the job was being done. His boss suggested additional services (power washing the driveway and sidewalk) that I chose to have done. Super overall.

Fair price great service and quality of work

Christian arrived a little early for the initial walk trhough of the proposed work. He provided me with a fair estimate during our initial meeting. His partner Brian arrived the next morning and completed all of the work I asked for. Brian has special equipment and expertise on the cleaning of multiple types of surfaces. A homeowner is not going to get the same results from renting a pressure washer at Lowe's or Home Depot. My 3 patios, driveway and walkways look great. I am highly satisfied with their work and would use them again in the future.

I hired SAPW to refinish our ipe decks and to refresh the limestone around our pool. They did a great job, much better than I hoped for. This is the third time I've refinished these decks in the 20 years we owned the house and for the first time, it looks as good as the day they were installed. I highly recommend Christian, Bryan and their crew.
