They knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Robert completed the job quickly and efficiently, even though parts for the unit were no longer available. He used parts that he already had on hand and improvised for the rest, giving me a beautifully repaired, smoothly working blind.

Robert (Owner/Father) and Mike (Son) are very personable professionals who REALLY know what they are doing! Though my verticals are still beautiful, they knew exactly the parts needed to repair the “control” assembly that manages the rotation of the vanes (or slats) and open/closing of the panels (group of slats). Of course, the parts for my blinds are obsolete and no longer available. But, they were able to perform a complete repair using parts from their cache of spares collected over 30 years in business. Robert and Mike saved me from having to pay literally hundreds of dollars to replace both sets of verticals! Thanks guys!!!
