The owner of this business was very professional; honest and great at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone that needs this kind of work. He came out the same day we made contact and gave a estimate of what it would take to get job done. The job was completed in a timely matter. I would say this business went over and beyond what most would do to make sure the job was done right.

Frederick Hilliard installed a new tile floor in a bathroom in my home. It came out beautifully! I really could not possibly be more pleased with the result. Mr. Hilliard is a true craftsman and a certified tile installer who is able to include all the touches that made the installation obviously done by a real professional. Freddy was extremely knowledgeable about the material selection and installation process that allowed us to make educated decisions about our re-model. The finished result was not only beautiful, but budget-friendly as well.

South Coast Precision Tile is the best! I now have the most amazing, perfect backsplash I have ever seen. Fred was very helpful in telling me about the different surfaces and what the pros and cons of different tiles were. He did a great job in a very timely manner and kept me informed at every step. All in all, a great experience at a reasonable price and no pressure. This company is awesome and I am now having Fred install stone on my fireplace. I highly recommend this company.

Fred worked with me from the very beginning on removal of old carpeting, preparation of the concrete surface, design and installation of new tile in 3 rooms and a hallway. He went out of his way to ensure that I liked the tile color, size, and pattern, as well as the grout color, and worked closely with a carpenter who was installing sliders abutting the new tile floor. (They match!) Fred provided a lovely solution to the pattern challenge of a circular staircase that came down into the floor he was tiling. Always good to work with. I will use him again when I need tile work done. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Had tile installed in a bathroom for the tub and floor. Fred was easy to work with, understood the project and was excited to work on it! Good communication about the work, made useful suggestions for the project, and is a really nice guy! :)

The project was not simple. It needed an eye for the precision and correctly setting up the tiles. He took time to find the materials that match the surroundings. Did a great job. I found him very focused, honest, polite, and reasonable. Provided excellent customer service.
