About us
SouthCoast Precision Tile is a premiere stone/tile installation company serving MA. As a small business owner, Frederick prides himself on high-quality work, due impart to education and vast experience in the residential and commercial tiling trade. With a solid background in the construction industry, his speciality is in difficult/complex custom walk-in stone tile shower projects. My business is unique in that I am a Certified Tile Installer (CTI) from the Ceramic Tile Foundation (CTEF): #1037. I mostly work alone and am detail oriented. Since Tile installation is my passion and career I teach classes on correct installation methods at Adult Education classes at Upper Cape Technical School in Bourne Ma. I have been in construction all my life. I have been solely been in the Tile Installation business since 2001.

South Coast Precision Tile is the best! I now have the most amazing, perfect backsplash I have ever seen. Fred was very helpful in telling me about the different surfaces and what the pros and cons of different tiles were. He did a great job in a very timely manner and kept me informed at every step. All in all, a great experience at a reasonable price and no pressure. This company is awesome and I am now having Fred install stone on my fireplace. I highly recommend this company.

Fred worked with me from the very beginning on removal of old carpeting, preparation of the concrete surface, design and installation of new tile in 3 rooms and a hallway. He went out of his way to ensure that I liked the tile color, size, and pattern, as well as the grout color, and worked closely with a carpenter who was installing sliders abutting the new tile floor. (They match!) Fred provided a lovely solution to the pattern challenge of a circular staircase that came down into the floor he was tiling. Always good to work with. I will use him again when I need tile work done. I can't recommend him highly enough.

He was fabulous!! We live on the cape, we contacted him on a monday, he came one wed. for estimate and was finished with whole project by friday!!!Very polite and did amazing tile work... our bathroom is gorgeous. my husband and i would recommend him to anyone!!!

Finally, someone who shows up when they are supposed to show up and does what they say they will do. I found this company and its owner to be professional in both his work and client relations. The floor tileing job that SouthCoast Precision was completed in an expert manner and cleanup was completed. I was very satisfied.

At the beginning of the job Fred made a few design suggestions that I liked - so he not only did the installation as I had requested, but added value by improving the design. It came out really well and the quality of his work was excellent. Even though he had other customers, he kept our job moving as well. Much appreciated.

Fred came to my home with respect to a very difficult tile repair issue that needed to be addressed. He was extremely courteous, knowledgable and professional. He carefully explained my options to me, and it was obvious to that Fred's number one goal was to make sure I would be satisfied with the outcome of the job. He actually suggested that we take a less expensive approach to the problem than I had envisioned.
