My project was to start on October 12th and they did not show up until the 13th. I have seen very little of the contractor or his crew since then. The project is only about 1/3 of the way completed. I cannot seem to reach them by phone, nor can they seem to communicate with me about what is going on. I feel like I have been ripped off. I gave them an initial deposit to start the project and then paid the first draw so that materials could be picked up for the next phase of the project, and I have not seen or spoken to the contractor since. I am very frustrated. I believe that I was contacted by this contractor because of my request through Angi and now I have an uncompleted project and am out of about $4800.
