I can't believe you still have Thomas Mahoney on your approved list. I reported him as a thief (of$2000.oo by deception) and I believe he is still in jail in Ossipee, NH. The Town of Alton has a warrant out for his arrest because he stole my money. I am filing a report to collect from you very soon.

Workmanship was very good. Following through on committed schedules was very poor. The contractor was nearly impossible to contact directly without dealing through an answering machine (little or no first call cell contact). Repeated commitments (daily) to be on site "the next day" were a real problem that cost several additional dollars to be expended to re-coordinate a second contractor that was to follow the work the this contractor was to complete. I may consider using this contractor again but only with a written schedule of specific completion dates.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Have tried for 2 years to find someone to do handyman type jobs with quality and good service. This company did a great job. Even better than I had anticipated. They repaired rotted sills and frames on 2 dormer windows and built a new cover for my well. I am hiring them to do more work in the future. Very happy!
