rewrite this professional Look at all the HORRIBLE COMMENTS before using this service. ESPECIALLY AMS members. I tried to use South Florida Crane and Cooling from Palm City, FL. I didn't read the reviews before getting service and now I am disappointed because Damien became angry and told the technician, Chris to halfway put my unit back together and now is has cut off and stopped working completely on May 2, 2026. Thanks for NOTHING!!! This company was supposed to replace my AC unit coils and took out the old coils before noticing that they did nt have all the parts needed to repair them from the beginning. The service was supposed to happen between 12 and 3 pm, and he showed up at 2:45pm and did nothing, because the unit broke down completely in 91-degree weather for my family on a Holiday weekend. Damien told me why he doesn't like dealing with AMS customers, because he doesn't get paid enough money for their jobs. I have contacted AMS and aske them to remove him

They replaced my ac and have arrived it. Always arrive on time and are very professional. Very happy with them and their work

The technician came in and diagnosed the problem. I was told by another company I needed a brand new coil and it would cost $2500. South Florida Crane and Cooling discovered the leak and fixed it and filled up my Freon all for a total of $600. I appreciate their honesty and swift response to my call.

As a representative of American Home Shield, I hired South Florida Crane and Cooling to remove and install an air conditioner on my carport and this was in coordination with a new roof. My roofing company was in contact with South Florida Crane and installation of the air conditioner was scheduled for August 12/13, 2022. South Florida Crane confirmed to my roofing company that all necessary paperwork and permits were pulled for this job. The air conditioner was installed on August 13th and the cost was $8235.02, which was above the estimate. The installer. from South Florida indicated there were additional small adjustments to be made but never came back.After the roof was installed arrangements were made for an inspection of the job. This could not be finalized because it was determined South Florida Crane did NOT furnish the necessary paperwork to the Palm Beach Building Department. Dealing with Damien and South Florida Crane has been a nightmare. It is now 3 months and because of South Florida Cranes incompetence this job still cannot be finalized. On October 18th an inspector from the Palm Beach Building Department failed the job because South Florida Crane still did not furnish a required engineering report although they stated they did. Now I do not know if this air conditioner has been installed properly up to code. Legal action...a complaint filed with BBB....a complaint filed with the Palm Beach Building Department are forthcoming. Buyer Beware...

I have used South Florida Crane and Cooling for my home, my parents home, and referred his company to neighbors. Whenever I pick up the phone for an AC issue Damien and his crew are fast and efficient. I usually can get him or his staff out to my residents the same day or next. I hardly ever waiting for responsive service. This is a must in South Florida. Damien and his staff were on top of the job and services needed from the start. They installed a brand new AC unit air handler and compressor for the outside. They also replaced a air handler at my parents home. I am getting ready to use them for a brand new install to an addition to my home. Complete AC unit inside, compressor and fan outside, and all the duct work, vents, and returns that a new install require in a new construction. They have fantastic prices, work with you, and usually beat any other company out there. They are clean, neat, professional, and I don't have to worry about their workmanship. Great company and service. I would recommend them for all your AC needs. Thank you. Joe.
