This company installed an attic AC unit, and after they assured me it was properly installed and took $22,000 of my money, the brand new unit leaked causing huge damage. They then proceeded to blame the leak on Me, rather than their own incompetence and lack of professionalism. They took 22k and walked away from the job, and then proceeded to tell me the fact that my house was being renovated is what caused the damages, rather than blaming their own incompetence in failing installing a grill for the Return Duct and putting a simple Filter. An appointment takes weeks to get. These people are interested in your money, not the job. Stay far away. Jeremy the owner cussed Me out on the phone like a madman. Imagine paying someone more than $22,000 to have them curse you out for their short comings and being then locked in with ongoing damage. His gofer, Joe, will give you a ton of attitude and find any reason to blame happenstance on the customer. These people do not stand by their work. They are always in a hurry, looking for the next job, next customer. Run and hide EDIT: I am Now in a position where there is still an active leak, they have ignored all calls and text, owner has threatened me, and we have obtained a copy of the insurance policy from the owner Jeremy. UPDATE: The owner, Jeremy, has presumably had an individual named â Shane Ramseyâ leave an â in worded 1 star review on my google business page in retaliation for this post.. My law firm has never had any dealings with this individual. Be careful you who you contract with These reviews are likely contrived and probably solicited.

This company is amazing. I received a quote right after calling. They arrived on time. Roberto and Ezequias did an amazing job on both the A/C ducts and the dryer vent, which was pretty bad. Will definitely use this company again.

Wayne and Andy were the technicians and they were professional, organized and courteous. They found a larger problem, explained the possible solutions and helped me get it all fixed and cleaned up. From the salesman to the scheduler to the technicians they were all great. Previously we used a nationally known vendor who did very little compared to what South Florida Ducts did. Your foolish to go with anyone else. Our A/C units are older and we will use them to replace our units.

I loved how the process was fully explained to me from start to finish (from the first phone call for a quote, to the very end of the cleaning).
