We had a gutter installed on a detached garage, and an area repaired on the front house. The repair created a dangerous hazard. The installers reattached an old piece -- the horizontal flow from house to driveway. That was fine. BUT they (1) shoved it further onto the new, making the piece too short (so the water does not make it to the concrete driveway and instead drains in my landscaping), and (2) installed it with a sharp edge facing up. They could have simply turned it over so the sharp edge was facing down next to the ground. Now I am concerned that (1) the water will erode the dirt under my driveway and (2) my kids are going to cut their legs on the sharp edge. I contacted S Florida Gutters Depot, and they said too bad, they did me a favor attaching it in the first place, and they would not fix it. I have pictures, wish I could post them so I could show the sharp edge on top of the gutter.

The only issue I have with them is cleanup. The instructions I gave to them by my contractor weren't followed. We had to have other people clean up after them. I was also getting the house painted on the same day- so there was a lot going on.

THey are prompt, fast, and get the job done as quick as possible.

It was a fair estimate and I hired this company on the spot. Installation was scheduled to accommodate my work schedule. A team arrived promptly and work was completed as promised. There were no additional expenses. Hire these guys!

It was a fairly small job. He gave me a good price and they showed up in a timely manner. The workers were polite, fast, clean and did s great job

Initial quote was for a gutter repair and splash blocks. He came within time frame he quoted that was convenience to him. Splash block was a cheap plastic. I figured they would be concert. He did reduce his quote once he removed the splash blocks and realized it took all of 10 minutes to complete.

Answered request for estitimate quickly. Gave a fair estimate for supplies and labor... we're professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Called ahead of scheduled appointment and arrived on time. Did the job quickly and efficiently.

Cost of job estimator came with insurance and work permit documentation and the estimate was reasonable. On the first attempt to install the workers found rotted wood and a possible roof leak before beginning work. They suggested repairs before continuing. Once I had the repairs done the job was put back in their completion rotation and another group of installers completed the job. They arrived in the two hour window given by the office staff and they swept up after the job. After the first heavy rain the gutters seem to be working quite well.

exellent quality at a fair price.

The crew came on time and finished their work quickly. They cleaned up after themselves as if they weren't even at my house. The only complaint I have is some of the downspouts have scratches on them and the end end caps need to be repainted. The price wasn't the cheapest, but yet was also not the most expensive. I picked them because of the guy Mike that came out. He was the most prepared, well spoken, and stood by his word. All in all not a bad company to use.
