#1 Ralph showed up when he said he would #2 I showed him the problem area and he explained what he saw wrong and what it will take to fix. #3 That is when I realized Ralph knows his business. Because he is familiar with codes and HOA's, he was able to expedite the job and start ASAP. Plus he pointed out how to do repairs right. #4 Last but important is knowedge of HOA requirements and ability to provide proper paperwork to navigate the approval process.

Ralph is the consummate professional. He is concerned with making sure that every detail, no matter how trivial, is completed to the utmost satisfaction. We started out with drywall repairs and ended up having him doing a multitude of repairs including installing a marble tile backsplash. He is to be commended for his patience towards perfection. I highly recommend him for all of your household needs.

Ralph replaced rotted exterior wood trim and fascia boards. He did a fantastic job, explained in detail what needed to be done and how he would fix the damage. We are very happy with his work. Call Ralph and get it done right the first time! Highly recommended.

Ralph was prompt, courteous and competent. His services were reasonably priced. He completed several garage projects for me including installing overhead shelves, painting and floor epoxy coating. He even replaced the defective overhead light with an LED fixture. After discovering some water damage, he also repaired a minor foundation crack. You should give Ralph a call. I would recommend hiring him for assorted home projects.
