Took $8500 deposit of $17,000 job. Excuses and lies continually, after promising things over and over. After weeks did half day of work and never showed back up. Finally told us that he was broke and we needed to do whatever to try and get our money back. Stopped answering phone and responding to texts. Stole money, complete scam. Don't use him or believe anything he says. Now have to go after him in court.

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
The contract price to complete the work was $65,000 and he required 1/2 up front. He did not complete the work. Did some interior demolition which took him over 6 months to do the demo- on a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1200 square foot condo. He contacted me 2 weeks ago - (I am writing this 7/12/24) and said he was having financial issues and could not finish my job. He did not offer to return any of the money for what I had paid but was not completed. He will not return any calls age this point. I will have to hire an attorney to sue him and file a complaint against his contractor's license. DO NOT USE HIM or South Florida Remodelers. They are out to scam people.
