I would not hire, nor would I recommend this company to anyone. They have been paid for 80% of the job, although the project is still incomplete. Some of the new wood used on our home has only 1 coat of paint, you can still see the wood through the paint, some of the new wood is not painted at all. The rake molding was replaced with the wrong width rake mold which has caused new roof shingles to curl over the side of the house. Paint everywhere, porch, wooden fence, flowers. Ladders in flower beds on flowers and many more issues with project. Our agreement was he would provide all labor and all materials needed to complete job, which included primer and 2 coats of paint, caulk, and glazing windows as needed. All rake molding and fascia boards were to be replaced with new wood. I have pictures of examples of inferior quality work. Totally disrespected our home. Told us work would take 2-3 days. Again, I repeat the work is still incomplete.

In general, the owner of this company is a good man. While doing our project, he had some problems with his sprayer equipment which was at times totally nonfunctional. I have two complaints. The first is that our blueberry bushes that are planted around the deck were not covered during the spray painting. The fruit was ruined and only time will tell if the bushes will survive or not. The second complaint is that there are a few areas not well covered with paint. The owner finished the spraying himself and didn't leave any paint here so we could touch up these areas. Since we are trying to sell this house, this is problematic. The sad thing is that I paid him several hundred dollars extra because I felt he had underestimated the length and difficulty of the project.
