They came out the same day. Did a thorough investigation, explained what we needed to do to correct the issue. They gave us a very reasonable estimate. One part needed to be ordered and when that comes in they will complete the job.

I called on Wednesday night and explained the problem to Cesar, he quoted my $250.00. Next day we set up appt for Friday between 2:00 and 4:00. Cesar arrived at exactly 3:00. They moved the items in the garage that were in their way and moved them back inside, he and his co-worker completed the spring repair on my garage door by 3:30. Paid him $250.00 and it was well worth the money. I would definately recommend Cesar and his company to anyone who has a garage door problem. Will call them again if we ever have another problem with our garage door.

CESAR WAS SOOOO GOOD AT HIS JOB!!! TOLD ME WHAT I NEED & EXACTLY HOW MUCH IT COST. ALLOWED ME TO PAY IN INSTALLMENT, HOWEVER, I KNEW HE HAS TO PAY FOR HIS MATERIALS UP FRONT & NEEDS HIS MONEY WHEN HE FINISH THE JOB. CESAR IS SO HUMBLE & KIND. HE ALSO DID A MINOR REPAIR SO THAT I COULD GET IN & OUT OF MY GARAGE UNTIL I HAD THE MONEY TO GET IT DONE. WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY MONEY FOR IT!! THERE'S NOT ENOUGH ADJECTIVES TO DESCRIBE HOW GOOD CESAR IS AT WHAT HE DOES!!!

Cesar bid the best price up front, then worked with my renter to make an appointment. He worked with me over the phone exclusively to create the equipment package with the right price that matched the other existing door, and trusted me up front buying the opener I wanted from Home Depot and installing the door without even a deposit. I was emailed an invoice including pictures of the work and was given several choices of how I could pay, including Paypal, credit card, or check. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Mr. Palominos is very knowledgeable about the products he installs and was more than willing to show me how everything worked. He also made sure I knew how to do simple maintenance to make sure the spring and wheels glide easily. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
