Quick work, job well done, good clean up

I've had many landscapers over the years. These guys truly stood out. They really care and it shows in their attitude and work. I ended up firing my usual landscapers and hiring South Mountain Landcare permanently, not for just the one job I had originally intended for them.

I got a fast initial response, the work was done the next day, very reasonable price, did the job fast, My two 40 foot palm trees were gone in one hour. I will be using this company in the future for sure.

South Mountain was our regular yard maintenance for 3 years, for the 2 houses we own; during that time it changed ownership twice. Since the company was taken over by Mr. Figueroa the quality has continually declined to the point where in April they changed me but never showed up, grass was not mowed, nothing trimmed. I work from home and I never saw them. The tenants of my rental complained to the management company that they did not do any work. I called to verify they were still coming and on what days, but still they neither showed up when they said the had, nor did they do the most basic work. When I notified Edgar that I was replacing him, he never even asked a question. There are far better companies out there

Edgar is a very courteous and professional person. He and his crew did a great job and did everything I asked them. He offered excellent suggestions for problem areas in my yard. I appreciated that very much.

Very polite and very professional. The manager and two crew members did a great job on making both front and back yards looking great. I have desert landscaping that had been "ignored" for 3 months and they trimmed and raked until it looked great.

Minor repair

Mike, is in the TOP 10 of Contractors !! Attentive, Professional, Courteous. We use South Mountain Landcare, every week. Highly Recommend them.

Came right away. He was very knowledgable of our trees and even had helpful hints for us that we could do on our own. They came on time and worked hard and it looks good! Right now, my husband likes to do our own landscaping, but he said he doesn't know how long he'll keep that up. If and when it does happen when we hire somebody on a regular basis, I'd call them in a heartbeat.

Services were reviewed thoroughly and they did a good walk through the yard to review the lawn and plants, First service was completed very well and they followed-up after the service. South Mountain Landcare LLC not only has oustanding service, but communicates better than any service I have used. They care about you as their client.

Mike was very professional and friendly. He made helpful suggestions that made our decisions easier and at a savings to us. We had so many leaks, we expected to replace the entire drip system but he was able to do make repairs rather than dig up the entire yard. Mike and his crew worked hard to complete the project on the first really hot day of summer. They were very accomodating when we asked them to work carefully around a hummingbird nest with a new hatchling. Our yard is a work in progress and they appreciated that fact. We expect to have them back for phase two later in the year. All this and great prices on everything!!

Mike was terrific when we set up the appointment on the phone. Kent and his crew went above and beyond in service and were great to work with. I plan to schedule them for future plantings and maintenance.

They have only been to my house once so far, but I am extremely happy with the price and service I have received so far. Mike communicates well and follows through when he says he is going to do something. I hope to be working with South Mountain Landcare for a very long time.

Prompt response to request. Told me when they would be viewing the proprty and met that commitment. Responded as they had stated and started service after notified of their acceptance.

I called and spoke with Mike who came out the next day to look at the job. He provided me with an estimate and we made arrangements to have the trees trimmed to accommodate our schedules. He and his crew arrvied on the day specified, trimmed/thinned out 3 trees and cleaned up the yard of all debris. They look great!
