I wasn't clear on explaining the total problem on the first phone conversation. Earnest had to make two trips for our job. He was very prompt and did a good job.

Earnest was prompt, calling in advance; quick and efficient; did a good job, carpet looks great; outstandingly helpful, he moved an extra piece of furniture so I could put up the Christmas tree; and very friendly, I felt very comfortable having him in the house. The contractors at Southern Regional Flooring were exceptionally courteous in their service provision. Upon booking, they made a follow up confirmation call, made specific inquiries about the services required, and gave an accurate and reasonable price range for those services. A day out from service, they made a second follow up call to confirm the appointment. They were timely in their arrival and quick in their provision of services. They were also quite patient when I had to make a run for cash, as I did not have any personal checks at the time.

Even though he had his own family emergency to go to, he still came to do my repair. Also, he fix my carpet without having to cut carpet from my closet. I will call him when I do need new carpet installed.

The carpet needs to be stretched more in the hallway. The bubble was reduced but you can still see it.

This gentleman had to reschedule the appointment and was so thoughtful. He called me one hour BEFORE the schedule time so I was able to re-arrange my day. I would recommend this man for work on any carpet or floor.
