Will was here on time and inspected the heat pump outside before ringing doorbell. He immediately went to work on a clogged condensate drain line__cleared it, added an access pipe for a next time, and turned the AC on to test it. All done in less than an hour and for a reasonable price!! He.s the man I'll call again!!

Will showed up late but he called ahead advising me that Memorial Day traffic was delaying his arrival. He was able to get my HVAC unit up/running and pumping cold air again ahead of the summer heat.

He did a good job identifying the problem and work was done in a quick manner. It was the switch on the circuit board. The only thing I would suggest if I need to hire him again would be for him to remove his shoes off before entering the home or possibly put shoe covers on.

Will responded to my request for help on My Home Advisor within a few minutes of posting a request. He came the next morning to fix the problem which was a simple problem to fix - mouse damage to wiring and electronics inside the compressor. He was quick and competent and friendly and fixed our AC on the hottest day of the summer, much appreciated!

The technician came the first day contact was initiated. He had to return the following day with the proper wiring. They were very nice about being flexible with the time. The technician returned the next morning completed the wiring in about an hour and was on his way. They were very courteous and professional and he declined a tip! To replace a section of bad wiring parts and labor was $192.00 not too bad.
