I would like to be reimbursed the money as a deposit that I gave for the job the Service Professional couldn't do; he was paid and he promised to finish it, and now his number is disconnected and his name is Kate.

Informed me that I needed an electrician, which I did not. In fact, I believe that I did not need a new garage door opener. Left the job with wire ends exposed. I would not recommend this company.
