DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! In late 2023, I paid them $2000 to replace the roof, fascia, soffit, and gutter on the enclosed porch to my house. At the time, I had no leakage whatsoever. I just wanted to improve the look of my house. I was pleased and even provided a very nice Google review for their business. Fast forward to the blizzard of February 2026- on Friday 2/13, the heavy snow and ice on my roof began to melt & my ceiling started to leak. I immediately called them & spoke with Lee, who requested a video of the damage. On Monday 2/16, two of their employees came out and repaired the exterior. Once they left, I called Lee and asked when the interior would be repaired. I was told to wait for a few days to ensure the leak was completely fixed. After several more days of inclement weather, there was no more leaking. However, my ceiling is steadily falling apart and smelling moldy. As of today (3/10), I haven't heard anything from Southside Home Improvement. See attached for more.

Attention to detail, showed up on time, final invoice was for price quoted. So, bottom line... good work all around. I'll almost certainly have them back for other work as it comes about.

Very pleased with the work performed. Not only were large clippings gathered and hauled away, but then ran mower around vineyard rows to cut up remaining small clippings.

Final project turns out great!! They showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner!!

I posted a request on HomeAdvisor on a Sunday morning, expecting a response within a few days. To my surprise, Kyle from Southside Home Improvements called within 30 minutes of my request! We agreed on him stopping by after church to see my repair project. He was punctual, assessed my problem, provided a quote on the spot, and scheduled the completion of the job. They arrived on schedule, completed vinyl siding repairs quickly, cleaned up both work areas, and ended up measuring my windows for replacement. He took the time to listen to my preferences on window type, aesthetics, and grade/quality versus pushing a product on me (as others have tried to do). I even texted him a day later with additional questions. He once again quickly responded to my questions. Each time I have communicated with him, he seems eager to assist, concerned about my project and not just about making money. I am awaiting a windows replacement quote and if the price works well with my budget, his team will be hired for that job also. I have been on the hunt for a contractor who is skilled in completing various types of jobs and it appears Southside Home Improvements fits the bill! I was very pleased with the punctuality, and quality of work of the team, and SUPER impressed with how well they cleaned up their work areas! If the next project is completed with the organization, timeliness, and cleanliness of the first, I look forward to many more projects being completed by Southside Hope Improvements! The guys were professional and hard workers. They went beyond what was expected. And the quality of their work was exceptional. I will use them again for certain.

They were great. I needed a lot of improvements so I could sell my home. They did a fantastic job painting, roof and ceiling repairs, plumbing leak, floor replacement, new shutters, landscaping and power washing. They were friendly, professional and fast. Highly recommend.

He was punctual and focused on the job at hand. He had a very pleasant attitude. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. I gave him 5 stars for every thing!!!
