Kevin was fantastic to work with - he provided a highly itemized quote, was incredibly communicative, and built us an amazing front porch largely budget and on time (with any variations well outside his control and well communicated). South Street Custom did a tricky 2-story porch rebuild involving asbestos, lead paint, a very old structure, & painfully picky building inspectors. Kevin managed the job with the utmost professionalism. The quote was honest, clear, and based on realistic costs/expectations. Throughout the job, Kevin kept me abreast of any potential issues, and was way ahead of me with regard to monitoring progress and catching/resolving issues as they came up. Kevin is one of those very rare contractors that is honest, fair, and does excellent work. Recommended without reservation!

I have nothing but postives about South Street. Kevin and his crew were a pleasure to work with---going through major home construction with two small children is not pleasant but Kevin and his crew made it bearable, and the results are amazing!
