Based on our conversation he gave me a quote and said he could come out to look at the problem and confirm it if I wanted him to. He came out and looked at the job and confirmed his quote and we made an appointment for him to complete the work. Jacob is very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with and did a great job. Jacob was wonderful. He was courteous, knowledgeable, timely and great serious. I had a bid from Terminex for the same services that would have been over $2000 with the same treatment and same warranty. He was able to complete the job in the same time from for $550. Treatment is on going. Killed on rodent already. He found carpenter ants in sub roof and treated as well.

Jacob came out and I explained I had a rodent in my home. He looked around, covered all the outside openings and covered them. The rodent was caught on Valentine's Day and Jacob came back a second time the same day. He removed the rodent. Jacob explained everything to me, was very professional and did ever thing in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend Jacob to take care of the problem.
