What's going to do another job in the house but never returned my calls I was not able to get ahold of him. He didn't call and say that he wouldn't be able to do the job. Very unprofessional in that aspect.

The crew showed up to do a rush leak job in the rain within an hour of me filing the request on HA. They were very quick to get the leak stopped, but attentive enough to the work that they even had to make a separate run to their supplier to get the right color of shingle. It looks great and obviously stopped the leak. The lead tech even walked through the house to identify other problem areas and pointed out one other potential problem (but didn't push for us to have them do any work on it). Was very happy and would hire again.

Traditional professional roofer with a big crew. Seemed like a smart choice, but just too old school for me. Not a good choice for small jobs. May go back to him for future work though.

Previous owners never had broken tiles repaired on the roof. We noticed an area with uneven tiles and figured the wood underneath needed to be replaced. South Texas Roofing came out the day we called to do an estimate and scheduled the repair for later in the week after they located replacement tiles to match the roof on our 34 year old house. When they removed the broken tiles, we found much more of the wood badly needed to be replaced. They completed all of the repairs in a single day and it looks fantastic. We fully expected the price to double from the estimate based on all of the extra repairs we ended up needing, which we thought was fair, but the price barely went up at all. We would not even consider calling a different company if we need any other roof repairs. Their quality work, excellent prices, and customer service earned a lifelong customer today. Two of our neighbors have already requested their contact information after seeing our results. The next week, my husband had to get 3 estimates to repair one of his company's roofs. He called Michael at South Texas Roofing again to see if he would submit an estimate. Michael came in with the best offer and then did even more work than was expected for less money. He and his crew fixed a large roof on an airplane hangar that was in disrepair and it's now perfect and no longer leaking.

They came out at 1045pm to patch a leak. Very happy that they responded so quickly. Next day we found it wasn't the only one, but I was still very appreciative of the quick response and the advice I was given. Good guys!

Michael was very good about always telling me when he would be here the next day. He was here every day until the job was finished. He also kept me informed as to what he was doing throughout the job. He did what he said he was going to do and made sure I was satisfied with the work before he left.
