Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
Really liked Travis when he came by, but he seemed to take on too much and as a result the work was not complete - we had to get someone else. He would show up when he could - clearly he had a lot on his plate. We were on a time line and this other company we hired as a result found bad or inadequate heads (sent photos to Travis), had to redo some of his work to get full coverage for pots and grass areas that did not get adequate water, and also redid sprinklers and plumbing that were spraying into the drip areas, wasting water. Had 2 sprinklers that were spraying on our asphalt driveway! Cost us more in the long run, not to mention time lost. With everything said Travis is very capable and we wish him all the success with his business.

"Unfortunately, Rajan was super difficult to deal with, he hired multiple irrigation companies and was confused as to what work we agreed upon. He demanded I complete the other companies jobs, which I did some work, to keep the peace. I even went as far as taking a few hours of labor off the final bill, however, Rajan still was not happy with the price and did not want to pay the bill. I have never had this issue with a customer before, as I am always upfront with pricing and the scope of work. With over 20 years of experience, I take pride in my work, am very thorough, and pay attention to detail. This situation was unfortunate, but I hope everything works."
