Southbound Plumbing is a locally owned plumbing company based in Hampton Cove and Owens Cross Roads, serving residential and commercial customers across the greater Huntsville area. We are not a franchise. When you call, a real person answers. Every job is handled by a licensed Alabama master plumber (MP4724) with seven years of experience. We specialize in drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, toilet repair and installation, faucet and fixture work, garbage disposal service, pipe repair and repiping, sump pumps, and more. We offer same-day service, free estimates, and flat-rate pricing quoted in writing before any work begins. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons, no upsell. Based on the east side of Monte Sano, we serve Hampton Cove, Owens Cross Roads, Big Cove, New Hope, Gurley, and the greater Huntsville metro faster than plumbers dispatched from the west side of the mountain.

Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
After having another plumbing company come out and unfortunately not properly resolve our issue, we had to call them back a second time. Even after the second visit, the problem was still occurring, so we decided to call South Bound Plumbing. I’m so glad we did! Jordan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring from the moment I spoke with him. He assured me that he would thoroughly investigate the problem and, if it was something he couldn’t resolve, he would be upfront and let me know. Jordan identified the problem within about five minutes of arriving and had it fixed right away! He also assured us that his work is under warranty and that if we experience any additional issues, we can give him a call and he will come back out. The pricing was also very fair, especially considering the quality of service we received. I highly recommend South Bound Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.
