David did terrific work. He did a very thorough inspection and treated it same day. It was late in the day on a weekend and he started the work instead of saying I'll come back later. He made sure we understood all that needed immediate attention and made recommendations on future prevention. He was extremely helpful and the ant activity was gone the next day. Definetly use him he's honest and dedicated to his profession. He wants the best for you at a fair price!!!

Spoke to Shawn on the phone, who said he would come and would call 10 mins before he arrives for the appointment. Sent someone else but everything was fine. Agree good customer service by phone. Technician who arrived was very professional and courteous. Have not seen any ants since then, was told treatment was non-toxic for children and pets. Will be calling them back next month for termite treatment.

We submitted our request and within minutes, Shawn had called to set up a time (on a Sunday!). He was friendly, reassuring, and super professional, telling us what to do and buy before he did his inspection (lots of laundry). He was communicative throughout the day and came on-time. Once here, he did a quick but thorough inspection, gave us the good news that we didn't have bedbugs, and wouldn't even accept a tip for his troubles. I would recommend him to anyone!

I spoke to Shawn on the phone and he was super helpful and professional! He answered all of my questions and was able to schedule an appointment to come to my home right away (and even accommodated me when I called back to change the time 30 minutes later)! One of his employees was supposed to meet my husband between 8am-9am, and actually arrived early. My husband said that he was very nice and thorough. Since we just got serviced I can't say what the effects will be long term, but Shawn already assured me that we have a 1 year guaranty in case any issues should arise. Also, the cost is INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend these guys!
