The first person/company was a no-show. Southeast Appliance actually showed up early. They found my appliance came over on the Mayflower and no replacement parts available. Helped me find a replacement freezer in a fast manner. Bryant kept me informed about all aspects of what was happening. Helpful and knowledgeable.

The repairman was courteous answer all my questions and he was very kind and respectful my premises he brush to speak and I offered Refreshments to him and he refused even though I pointed out to him that I didn't mind at all fix him something to drink or whatever but he still refused and I'm sure he was just trying to be a nice guy but he was so so nice and respected me as a female

He talked down to me. Said I was a woman and therefore he did not expect me to be able to do my own repairs. His work only lasted 3 days. He refused to come back to repair it saying that the 30-day guarantee was only for the part he used not for his work.

The technician who covers the Lowndes County area was great. He called to keep me informed on where we were on the parts ordered, was courteous and professional, figured out what was wrong with my washer and repaired it as soon as the part came in, and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call him again if any of my appliances need repairing.

Bryant is through and a master of his craft.. Samsung dryer repair is difficult and this job was turned down by other appliance repair shops. He brought the required parts and had the dryer up and running in no time. I Wholeheartedly recommend Southeast Appliance Repair.
